Job responsibility is a dynamic function that provides strategic leadership and direction on all aspects of the associate experience that impact our organization?s business performance. Human Resources plays a critical role in maintaining position as a leader in the hotel industry by delivering exceptional results in these key areas of expertise Human Resources Generalist, Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Employee Relations. Human Resources leaders are responsible for managing all recruitment, hiring, benefits, training and employee relations at their properties. They partner with leadership teams to create and support the hotel?s strategy, ensure the hotel is hiring the best talent and enable associates to be successful in assisting our guests. And analyses the structure and the day-by-day business of a hotel, depending on special needs of the hotel. After that, he/she develops training plans, according to different discrepancies and reviews his/her training programs all team members have to follow. He/she has to be very adaptable and needs a good comprehension of individual operation. Furthermore he/she has to be a team-leader a good motivator.
