-At leas one year of experiences with the same position in international hotel chain

-Establish Food & Beverage procedures in all operation aspects in accordance to the Hotel policy.
-Develop F&B budget, action plan and promotional activities of the department, stimulate sales and profit, control operating expenses.
-Involve Chef in planning of menus, decide in pricing which is market sensitive.
-Provide Management with information regarding client satisfaction and activities of
