-University graduate -At least 3 year previous working experience in Bar Captain.
-At least 1 year previous working experience in Bar Supervisor.-Male or Female, with 20-35 years of age.
- To apply and ensure application of standards and procedure and those resulting from the Hotel Food and Beverage policy.
- Ensure that all staff under his/her supervision is fully aware of house rules and that these rules are implemented.
- To apply and ensure application of procedures and regulations concerning hygiene and safety.
-To make sure that all materials and equipment made available to the outlet correctly used and participates in inventory taking.
- To follow Assistant F&B/DFB instruction concerning control of costs, personal expenses and charges.
-To make any suggestion likely to improve outlet profitability.
- Participate in planning drink list and wine list or special promotion.
- Make any suggestion likely to improve beverage quality.
- Participate in developing the Strategies planning to increase beverage revenue.
- To create new cocktail according to alcohols in stock.
- To check and control the wine stock.
- Do inspections all bar outlet to make sure that beverage are available for selling
-To coordinate and control the beverage storage.
- To check and control the beverage stock.
- To check and control the standard and quality of drinks.
- To check beverage cost daily.
