-Organized, computer literate, meeting deadline for a smooth running of the Food and Beverage Department.

-The Food & Beverage Operations Administrator will equally work for both FB Service & FB Kitchen.
-To type, take minutes, draft letters, handle telephone calls, file and trace correspondence.
-To keep close control on paper usage and wastage. To practice conservation of office supplies in all areas of the job.
-Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely efficient manner in accordance with established hotel policies to achieve the overall objective of the position.
-Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitudes towards all guests and associates.
-To co-ordinate the day to day agenda of the FB Department and keep it up to date with all incoming messages, appointments and meetings.
-To trace, formulate and present the weekly outlet schedule forms to the Executive Chef & Director of F&B.
-To summarize all outlet departmental meeting report (including breakage, weekly, monthly meeting) at the end of the month for the Food and Beverage?s perusal.
-To ensure that all office equipment and their maintenance schedules are maintained appropriately.
-Arrange for Food and Beverage meeting, meeting room, inform all concerned to be present and take down minutes of meeting. Minutes are to be typed and distributed to all concerned.
