1. Key in the booking email into the system
2. Update the booking status based on operator confirm email in company operation system
3 Follow up unconfirmed booking after send email over 24 hours
4. Take action on cancellation, amendment request.
5. Update the status and send cancellation/amendment email to operator.
6. Update the company own trip booking with related working process on email.
7. verify the company trip detail in the system.
