คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Thai local with at least two to five years experience in a large hotel environment.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule in order to accommodate site visits and events.
A self-driven personality with exceptional time management skills.
Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task -Knowledge of room blocks, attrition, contract verbiage, and budget controls.
Excellent inter-personal and sales related experience.

รายละเอียดงาน

1.Build catering sales through establishing client relationship and rapport with existing and new clientele base.
2.Generating new corporate clients through cold calls, meeting customers on site and delivering presentations to existing and prospective customers.
3.Handle all client enquiries, details and follow-up from end to end in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
4.Explains products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those suited to their needs.
5.Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers as required.
6.Prepare sales confirmations and tax invoices according to established procedures and standards.
7.Liaise and coordinate with the concerning kitchen to ensure smooth management and delivery of catering orders, ensuring that orders are customized accurately based on customers? requests.
8.Liaise and coordinate with other team members within the group to meet company objectives.
9.Work closely with the marketing team on catering communications and collateral including electronic digital prints and social media.
10.Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, promotion and selling techniques.
11.Recommends changes in products, services and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
12.Forecasting and tracking of catering weekly/monthly sales projections and progress for analysis and reporting to senior management.
13.Supplies management with research and analysis on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
14.Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports for monthly reviews and improvement action plans.
