- Managing budgets & financial plan and reporting performance within the cafe, restaurant, and rooftop bar
- Monitoring and maintaining supplies
- Recruiting, training, and monitoring staff
- Planning work schedules for the staff
- Researching and developing
- Addressing problems and troubleshooting
