1.Monitor residences lounge for seating availability and service
2.Cover F&B service for lounge guests, control inventory, and prepare report for lounge section.
3.Work closely together with guest service and concierge for room pre-arrival set ups, special requests, VIPs and specific guest needs arrangements.
4.Undertake other duties as requested by Department Head/Shift Leader and Hotel Management.
