Reservation Supervisor

Education: Required high school preferred bachelor degree.

Experience: Min 1-3 years experience in Hotel industry

Additional Skill required
1.Good written and verbal English is a must.
2.Good Knowledge of computer.
3.Good Interpersonal & communicative skills.
4.Ability to work independently and as a team

- The Reservation Sales Agent shall steer the incoming room bookings in accordance with the hotel?s service objectives and procedures so that occupancy is optimized. The Reservation Sales Agent has responsibility for all inquires in connection with individual room bookings in an accurate and time effective manner.
