1. At least Vocational diploma and preferable Bachelor degree in any field
2. At least 5 year experience in restaurant operation with a good track record of achievements
3. Good in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skill
4. Proficiency in English, computer and point of sale machine
5. Good in driving results and people management and development

2. The restaurant supervisor is accountable for sales and profit in his/her area, and brings into effect the superior product and service expected for our guests in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the hotel.
