(Lub d Samui) Chief Accountant

? Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting
? Minimum 3 years of experience and minimum 1 year experience in hotel business.
? Accounting standard for both IFRS and GAAP knowledge.
? Experience in accounting process/workflow, structure and cost control
? Abilities to work under pressure & business dynamic.
? Positive attitude, creative thinker and outstanding attention to detail.
? Able to communicate of both English and Thai in Speaking, reading, and writing will be advantage
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

Job scope:
? Perform month end closing activities such as account reconciliation, revenue accounting, expense accounting, etc
? Determine accounting errors or discrepancies and suggest necessary corrective action.
? Provide necessary support to Accounting Manager
? Collaborates with the other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
Overall Responsibility:
? Overseeing & Supervise for accounting process & procedure.
? Ensuring accounting transactions and financial records are maintained timely, accurately and comply with company policies and accounting principles.
? Responsible for the financial statement, accounting, statistical report and any other report require be management.
? Handle cash & Bank management including Monitoring daily cash and bank.
? Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
? Assist in preparing necessary documentations for annual financial audits.
? Liaise and deal with internal / external auditors / Revenue department officer on issues.
? Participating in the development of major accounting / accounting-related system specifications and other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
? Responsible for any duties assigned by Accounting Manager and Director of Finance.

- วันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ปีละ 16 วัน (สำหรับปี 2019)
