Qualifications

? THAI Nationality Male, age not over 30 years old.
? Graduated from Faculty of Hospitality Management or related field.
? Good personality and service minded
? Work in experience 6 months minimum
? Ability to work under pressure
? Enthusiastic service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
? Outgoing & cheerful personality with self-confidence.
? Posses strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
? Excellent English communication skills
? Able to driving and hold the Driving License is preferred

Position: Bell Attendant

Hard Rock Hotel & Cafe Pattaya is looking for a Hotel Driver to be another member of our team and be a part of this cultural icon. As a member of our team, you need to be good at your job, have a passion for it, be who you are and able to work within the company values.

Hotel Driver will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

Job summary

? Create authentic experiences that rock to guests reflecting our image of rock n? roll and relax.
? Understand overall concierge service sequences
? Able to provide efficient luggage services - storage and room delivery, check out luggage etc
? Maintain equipment used in concierge section
? Able to operate the basic function of HIS System
? Know and be able to work with the Tessa System
? Able to handle hotel outlet reservations (restaurant, cabana, spa etc) and outside reservations as requested by guest
? Understand well of hotel facilities and in-room facilities including the fire exit door.
