4.Assist with catering events
5.Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Bon Appetit?s culinary and marketing team
6.Audit p&l controls such as declining purchasing budgets, labor vs. sales, and pricing
7.Bring innovative ideas to the management team to drive sales
