4.Experience in Front office of hotel , service apartment , real estate or spa at least 5 years.
5.Knowledge of OMETENASHI as well and run to all Thai staff.
6.Good of Leadership, good attitude ,communication ,personality skill .
7.Good of personality , smile , service mind and handle customer complaint.
8.Computer skill , MS office
-Manage operation of reception and customer service team by ensuring service quality standard
-Run operation as of beyond customer expectation
-Solve and handle customer complaint
-Instructor product knowledge and JAPANESE culture
-Create and develop service operation to approach sale target.
