- Thai Nationality with good command of spoken English
- Have good knowledge of Cold Kitchen
- Have experience in a similar role at least 2 years
- Degree in Culinary Arts or other related fields is an advantage
- Able to work well with others and under pressure
- Have great attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Lead the team in chef's absence
- Support chef in planning, designing of new dishes/food menu and directing food preparation when necessary
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets high quality standards
- Manage and train kitchen staffs, creating working schedule and providing guidance
- Oversee and organize kitchen stock and ingredients appropriately
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Fixed Service Charge 7,000 / Month
