- Hold responsibility and accountability for the efficient operation of the hotel while the Night Manager is not on duty
- Completing the night audit process
- Front Office duties such as checking in late arrivals, or settling accounts of early departures
- Take and prepare late night service orders and guest's requests etc
- Effectively handle guest complaints
- Ensure all relevant reports as required by Management are completed accurately.
- Ensure the hotel is operating efficiently and according to hotel policy
