- Manages all aspects of food preparation in his specific area therefore is responsible for productivity, standards, as well as cost and portion control in his section.
- Ensures proper storage of all goods.
- He trains, controls food preparation personnel in this section.
- Creates food recipes according to Chef (Exec.Sous-Chef) request.
- Controls sanitation and hygiene in his section.
- He teaches others new techniques, proposes new idea for approval.
- He checks punctuality of his staff.
- Working 5 Days/Week
- Working 9 Hours (Include Lunch Time)
