- At least 3 years? experience in similar position
- Experience in Hotel industry.
- Good in English and Thai communication.
- A team player, flexible, and fast learner.
- Take care in the spa department.
- Training service standards of all spa employees
- Arrange appropriate employee schedules
- Solve the problems of guests quickly, efficiently and politely.
- Make sure employees are in the workplace all the time. Friendly, helpful and polite to all guests.
- Increase income and the number of people using spa services By checking the daily status
- Check the collection in and out of the reception before submitting to the accounting department every day.
- Make sure that all hotel policies and house rules are implemented.
- Perform other duties as assigned
