- At least 3 years operating experience in gardening.
- Basic knowledge in landscaping, gardening and climates.
- Be knowledgeable about seasonality of plants and their maintenance conditions.
- Conduct gardening duties with care and concern for the environment of hotel.
- Cut, prune, trim hedges, bushes, flowers to enhance aesthetic appeal.
- Maintain and look after the tools supplied by the hotel and correctly store them after finishing work.
- Clean all work areas after finishing assigned tasks and report potential dangers as soon as possible.
- Ensure lawns are well mown and kept clean at all times.
Remunerations and Benefits:
- Attractive Base Salary
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 4,000 for Permanent Staff
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 2,000 for Contract Staff
- 7 Days Off / Month for Permanent Staff
- 6 Days Off / Month for Contract Staff
- Minimum 9 Days Vacation and 14 Public Holidays / Year for Permanent Staff
- Social Security
- 2 Duty Meals / Day
