? Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline
? Minimum of 3 years in relevant experience in a similar capacity
? Knowledgeable in Revenue Management.
? Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
? Posses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Figures oriented / revenue culture leader Advanced level in using Channel Managers, OTA back ends systems, Excel, Commanche. Knowledge of 3rd party business in an advantage
? Maximize the revenue for hotels and brands
? Is in charge of helping the hotels to reach and beat their operational turnover budget.
? Support the hotel managers in the creation of the strategy that can maximize & promote the hotel's room sales and revenue.
? Develop & implement the sales strategies that can support the achievement of departmental target.
? To achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company.
? To ensure the smooth running operation of the commercial section in consultation with the sales team on all matters.
? Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices
? Create new revenue opportunities
? Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reporting
? Develop overall pricing strategy along with the VPSM and DOSM to ensure all target market segments are developed for the hotels
? Design & create required packages & promotions
To ensure the hotel?s maximum yield to be able to achieve the optimum level of profitable business growth through effective strategic planning and implementation. Analysis of room performance, booking patterns and market trends for future business plans. Monitor competitors? and areas performance including pricing strategies and product improvement. Assist in analysis of the production of key and setting the pricing strategy. Involve in sales promotions and programs, room rates. Also produce the Annual Revenue Budgets with the executive team.
