Assistant Talent Development Mgr. - F&B

- Male or Female, age should be more than 30 years old.
- Graduate with a degree or higher in Food & Beverage, Hotel Management or other related fields.
- More than 2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage service required, preferred experience in a full-service and large scale hotel, pub or restaurant.
- Experience in resolving customer issues/complaints as well as overall excellent customer service required.
- Outgoing & cheerful personality and be highly presentable.
- Solid time management, organization and prioritization skills.
- Must have the ability to establish and maintain a high service standard to enhance the Guest?s satisfaction and Hotels values.
- Strong customer serviced mind and always flexible.
- Good command of English both written and verbal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other F&B related software.

Assistant Talent Development Manager - F&B will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

Job Summary

- Create authentic experiences that rock to guests reflecting our image of rock n roll and relax.
- Identify training needs and prepare the hotel?s annual and monthly training plan.
- Be aware of training & development material available on the market.
- Plan and implement purchase of training & development material in accordance with the budget.
- Design and implement General Core and Management training programs.
- Monitor F&B departmental training activities.
- Coordinate implementation of industrial release/apprenticeship/management development programs.
- Participate in the organization of Band social and sports activities.
