?Thai nationality
?Able to drive and travel to properties in the south independently
?Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing manager
?Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
?Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
?Strong analytical skills
?Team management skills
1.Plan, develop and implement marketing short-term and long-term strategies in order to create brand loyalty & increase conversion rate
2.Update industry trend, competitors (other hotels), and marketing tools on a regular basis to keep the team up to date with the market and competition
3.Develop and overlook marketing budgets for the group including all hotel outlets and also be responsible for the team?s KPIs
4.Improve Brand?s strengths to create differentiations, concepts and values in order to transform them into successful marketing strategies (including social media and promotion, campaign, sponsorship, email direct marketing EDM)
5.Develop systematic way for hotels to collect customer database and feedbacks to create meaningful analyses that leads to successful marketing strategic executions
6.Direct the team to create an integrated marketing platforms that allow synergetic values for the Company
7.Liaise between other teams e.g. sales, operation, business development, and executives to impose brand values and marketing strategies into the Organization
8.Encourage and educate all levels of employees to understand and participate in marketing execution
9.Ensure that all the marketing channels and means are utilized effectively e.g. brand content and direction of the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia program) and operation teams on marketing strategies
10.Plan and execute PR and promotions including seeking marketing partnerships, barters, and sponsorship opportunities;
11.Cooperate with hotel managers on tactical executions to gain marketing objectives and improve the hotels? bottom lines
