- 2-4 years working experiences in hotel for reservation, revenue, sales and E-commerce.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good in Thai and English for speaking, writing, and reading.
- Receiving calls for reservations which are room and facilities in the hotel.
- Handle central reservation system from online channels such as OTA, Hotel Website and E-commerce for online bookings for Spa, Restaurant, Sight Seeing Tour, and limousine.
- Manage social media (facebook, line, twitter, instagram, tripadvisor, etc.) and answer guest's enquiries.
- Prepare settlement and correspondence prior to arrival to front office.
- Coordinating with GM and Accounting for revenue management reservation sales trends and forecast to reach the target budget for revenue online distribution.
