- At least 2 years experience in HR Manager position in hotel or service industry with medium scale of manpower (200 - 300 pax)
- Able to cover hotel security function (both outsource staff and hotel staff)
- Manpower planning and Budgeting skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
- Team player with leader ship skill
