- Bachelor degree or higher in related fields
- Good interpersonal skills and good presentation skills
- Age between 30-40 years old
- Have experience as HR generalist,Training,or Organization Development field at least 3 years
Experience with solid knowledge in modern HR methodology
- Hand on in competency development ,Career Path and Assessment tools,Create training course.
Highly organized, proactive and highly self-disciplined
- Good computer skill, especially MS Word / Excel / Power point
-Have logical thinking and energetic
- Good command of English (TOEIC score of 600 or above)
- Able to conduct training
- Background in Food&Beverages or service industry would be advantage.
- Contact and coordinate with related parties to run the project assignment.
- Present organization development plan and human resources management system to ensure that the corporate performance will be efficiency.
- Create tool and build up company culture, employee engagement.
-Report directly to Director of Human Resources
