1.Directly responsible for all Service Bars, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the outlet.
2.Responsible for the control of Beverage costs in throughout the outlet.
3.To create, maintain and periodically update the Cocktail, Beer, Spirits and Wine list that is representative of what the market wants.
4.Periodically market Beverage promotions to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
5.To ensure that proper inventory, requisition, bar pars and control systems are in place to maintain security and cost control of all beverage operations areas.
6.Enforce Escape standardized drink recipe and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality beverage to our guests.
7.Achieve outlet budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.
8.To be responsible for the monthly department Profit & Loss Statement.
9.Preparation of the yearly department Budget goals by using history & forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the outlets achievable capabilities.
10.Accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing & beverage production.
11.Responsible to maintain the overall welfare of our Employee by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.
12.To be responsible for the accurate supervision of the employee time control and payroll systems by working with GM and accounting team.
