Thai Nationality, age between 38 - 45 years old.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resource or related fields.
At least 10 - 15 years of working experienced in HR function
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure and business dynamic.
Good Command of both Thai and English in speaking, reading, and writing.
Computer literate in MS Office.

Plan and director HR Strategies i.e. recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HRIS, HRBP
Drive and manage the overall implementation of HR strategy, policies and core HR processes
Develop and manage the full spectrum of HR such policies, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, organization development, engagement, performance management, career development, employee relations and all other aspects
Create an effective performance management that is related to a full cycle of employee?s management and development in creating engagement and retention
Ensure appropriate HR procedures and system are in place
Drive and manage the overall implementation of HR strategy, policies and core HR processes
Develop the strategic relationship between HR and the business unit leaders
