Bachelor or Master Degree in related fields.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong in people management skill and development.
In-depth knowledge of HRM functions.
Good command of English skill.
-Manage and monitor all HRM functions such as compensation & benefit, employee relation and communication
Handing operation and process improvements.
-Develop and review policy and system of compensation and benefits administration.
Salary structure management.
Maintains employee benefits by studying and assessing benefit need and trends.
Verified payroll, tax, social security fund, provident fund and other related.
-Conduct job evaluation and compensation survey to ensure competitiveness.
Implement and monitor performance appraisal effectiveness.
Improving performance appraisal system by talking and consult with line manager regarding KPI?s objective.
-Plan and lead employee?s activities in order to boost up employee?s relation in the company and subsidiary.
Follow up and up-date Company?s rulesand regulations in order to combine with current labor law.
