-Handles and processes room reservations for guests in the hotels
-Answers incoming calls/guest inquiries and assist with reservations, confirmations, room need requests, and questions
-Explains resort facilities, services and other information about the resort as requested
-Maintain knowledge of current resort events, activities, hours of operation as well as dining options currently available
-Helps in maximizing room occupancy and average room rate through up selling
