GENERAL MISSION:
1. Assists Chamber Maids by handling linens, rubbish/trash and bottles collection at pantry or maid stations, mini bar items, cleaning floors and any other tasks as assigned.
2. Responsible for maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness, inside and outside the hotel, for replenishing bathroom guest supplies/amenities and for reporting damaged furniture, fixtures, etc.
3. Provides cleaning service to guest rooms and responds to guest?s requests ensuring maximum guests satisfaction in accordance to the hotel established standards.
4. Makes sure that all rooms are well supplied and ready on time.
5. Cleans and services guest floors and surrounding services areas in accordance to the standard required by our hotel.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
? Day shift:
1. Follows the policies and procedures of the hotel and House Service department.
2. Cleans and polishes all the plants containers and replaces all indoor plants from and to rooms.
3. Cleans the ashtrays on the corridor floors and guests? entrances.
4. Responsible of the cleaning of carpets i.e. all corridor carpets, etc.
5. Responsible for any or all cleaning projects assigned to him.
6. Assists Chamber Maids for all heavy duty works in guest room, such as moving in/out the carpet cleaning equipments and moving the rollaway/extra bed. (if available)
