2.Thai Nationality holding at least high school certification with pleasant personality.
3.1-2 years experiences in similar position and capacity in an upper scale hotel.
4.Able to communicate in English
5.Kitchen hygienic and cleaning
6.Knowledge and equipment storage and breakage
7.Good knowledge of storage, and stewarding organization
GENERAL MISSION:
1. Assists Chief Steward in maintenance and cares of all F&B operating equipment.
2. Maintains quality produced by the dishwashing machines on all chinaware, glass and flatware to meet the hotel standard.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
1. Maintains proper controls on all chemical used throughout the hotel.
2. Maintains cleanliness throughout all the kitchens.
3. Washes and cleans all used pots, pans, other kitchen utensils and be organized at all times.
4. Polishes hollowware and follows strictly specifications to ensure maximum quality.
5. Picks up and disposes of all refuses, boxes, bottles and garbage.
6. Cleans steamers, tilting pans, ovens and other kitchen equipment.
7. Cleans working area including table sinks.
8. Returns clean pots, pans and utensils in proper places.
9. May be assigned to assist other food & beverage sections.
10. Performs duties common to all rank and file and non-supervisory personnel and other duties as may be assigned.
11. Follows the hotel?s rules and regulation strictly.
12. Responsible for assigning daily employee workloads and monitors the attendance of staff.
