POSITION SUMMARY
Develops and manages hotel activity programs (e.g., coordinates activities, purchases equipment and supplies etc.). Makes management decisions and provides departmental guidance for all guests operations related activities. Provides and models service behavior to guests and employees. Reinforces appropriate culture to provide service to guests.
Responsible for all Guest Relations functions and employee. Responsible for maintaining 100% reliability in the recognition of all Edition VVIP, VIP and repeat guest. Informing all hotel departments of the guest?s arrival, (un)expressed special needs and requests, and personal preferences by daily Edition package and hotel communication system. As a department head, directs and works with employees to successfully execute all Guest Relations operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures and escort. Strives to continually improve guest and employees engagement and maximize the guest satisfaction performance.
