- Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experienced in hospitality industry
- Team leader with good interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate in English
- Good computer skills in relevant working system and MS Office
- Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items. Coordinates with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions
- Ensure Hotel corridors are checked and cleared for all service
- Responsible for holding daily briefings and monthly communication meetings to discuss various aspects of food service and preparation.
- Ensure adequate supplies of materials, and requisition for general supplies.
- Ensure amenities are properly prepared and distributed accordingly.
- Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.
- Ensure to know about guests history, specially taking care of regular guest and long staying guests.
