- Good command of spoken, written and reading in English language
- Minimum 1 year experience in the in hotel business and 4 years in senior level
- Strong experience in payroll, compensation and administration

Job description
-Implement HR policy and procedure to alignment with the corporate direction and HR strategy
-Manages recruitment process by recruiting, testing ,interview program ,conducting and analyzing exit interview
-Manages employee wage, benefit & compensation and wellness & health
-Oversee Human resource information system (HRIS) such as hire, time attendant , payroll analysis and tracking , labor turnover
-Build the team work by develop employee relation program and training program
-Maintain the organization structure, job description of all positions
-Establish a HR development plan by on-going training and professional training program --Develop the performance management, assessment, improvement system for provided the career path
-Ensure corporate policy and procedure compliance with labor law and all regulatory concerns regarding employees and oversee personal issue and all terminates
