- Present menus to patrons and answer the questions menu products.
- Waiter or waitress should making recommendation upon requested.
- Information regarding Thai & western foods & daily specials.
- Cleaning & restocking pantries & service stations.
- Checking cleanliness of facilities and furnishings.
- Taking order from customer with always repeat the order to prevent mistake.
- Served food & drink with appropriate manner to customer.
- Be prepared & served speciality food or drink at table as required.
- Remove used dishes & glasses from table & take to kitchen washing area.
- All waiter or waitress must be strong & fit to work also wearing clean work clothes.
- Clean table after customer has finish their meals.
- Fill salt,pepper,sugar,cream, condiment and napkin container.
- Bring wine selection to table with appropriate glasses, pour the wine for customer.
