responsible for welcome and appearance of the front desk and the guest's stay off on the best note. As part of job, deal with the reservation and necessary information, regarding the guest's stay the house keeping, restaurant, maintainance and other department will come into contact with. The case of query and compliant, may guest will contact the front desk and expect to deal with problems. GSA responsible for taking payment , exchange foreign currency. In addition responsible for work switchboard , directing in-coming call and assist guest make external call
