1. Manage customer loyalty programme in the respective cluster/ country
2. Assists in preparation, administration and documentation of proposals.
3. Coordinate with HQ marketing team in the execution of marketing strategies and plans at cluster level.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
5. Maintain promotional materials inventory.
6. Update company website and social media tools.
7. Plan and execute A&P programs, property launches and corporate events.
8. Conduct media buys and forge strong relationship with media houses.
9. Assist in task forces and roll out of new services/products.
10. Confers or consults with Property Heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on meeting customers? expectations.
11. Monitors customer preferences to determine focus of sales & marketing efforts.
12. Implements all advertising and PR plans of the company.
13. Proposes and leads advertising and communication initiatives aimed at promoting the properties, inclusive of all digital and online components.
14. Contribute, with the Sales team, to promote TAL?s brands by implementing regional promotional offers in accordance with strategy and priority.
