- Oversees and be responsible of the day to day hotel operation in the area of Front Reception, Housekeeping and maintenance.
- Maintains the highest standard of quality cleaning and maintenance in all areas, building facilities and public areas.
- Establishes and maintains efficient and effective communication within the operational departments, staff and all other supporting Departments.
- Maintains the highest standard of service to all residents and any potential clients in ensuing total guest satisfaction and best customer relationship.
- To increase management visibility in the operational departments of the hotel
- To implement company image and policies by monitoring staff performance and attitude
- To plan and ensure smooth daily operations in the hotel
- Conducts hotel viewing to potential clients and present the residence inspection for VIP visitors. Maximize revenue by assisting in close sales to potential clients.
- Handles the major guest complaints together with General Manager and Manager, Operations, in emergency cases and/or any damages of residence and follow up with Engineering team or all concerns
- Organises and conduct regular training to all operational team members and evaluate the staff performance.
- Attends daily Head of Department briefing.
