* Have experience in creating menus, food recipes, costing and sales prices according to menus featured and in line with our competition.
* Coordinate with Chef to ensure original recipes are kept up to date.
* Prepare yearly financial budgets, and be the keeper of the monthly and yearly food cost and GOP.
* Keep high standards of service, along with departmental discipline and systems for all training requirements.
