Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily briefing for service employees in outlet.
- Regular training sessions for service employees in outlets.
- Controlling of working schedule of service staff.
- Check personal cleanliness of all service staff.
- Controlling of all schedule meeting and training, reports to F&B Manager if they are not property conduct or if any discrepancy occurs.
- Check personally and sport directly the pre-meal in outlets.
- Conducts regular back of house tour in outlets.
- Is in close relation with the executive sour chef and Chief Steward in order to improve communication and to ensure a smooth operation.
- Review and recommend staff scheduling for maximum manpower utilization.
- Inform F&B Manager of all VIP guests in outlets.
- Inspect in storage of tidiness and cleanliness.
- Check if standard recipes are followed.
- Surveillance of pass between kitchen and service during peak hours.
- Set-up figures of inventory, par stocks.
- Perform other duties and handle projects as assigned by Food and Beverage Manager.
