Ad Lib Hotel is a stunning design hotel comprising of 58 rooms located on Sukhumvit Soi 1.
We are seeking a passionate Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team in our all day dining restaurant and Pool Bar:
- Lead the team to deliver consistent high quality of food
- Have the ability to speak with guests and walk the dining area through meal periods
- Provide daily training and growth to the team of cooks and Chefs
- Ensure food costs are managed to hotels standard without loss to quality
- Be able to create menus, recipes,food costs and promotions
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed
Candidates must be of Thai Nationality
