รายละเอียดงาน
1. Possesses overall responsibility for accounting department administration.
2. Assists with implementing and maintaining appropriate financial controls in all departments as needed.
3.Compiles, in conjunction with the General Manager and department heads, all budgets and forecasts covering all activities of the hotel and the maintenance of all budget control procedures.
4. Takes a responsibility for credit card authorization procedures and systems.
5. Reviews daily reports and income audit.
6. Takes a responsibility for financial control systems.
7. Insures reporting of all sales and revenues.
8. Maintains all contracts, leases, and other legal and financial
9. Maintains proper register procedures and systems.
10. Minimizes investment in inventories.
11. Minimizes outstanding receivables.
12. Performs timely profitability evaluations and audits of all departments.
