1. Teaches and enforces all existing and new policies and procedures
2. Maintains proper staffing in all Front Office areas.
3. Constantly seek new ways to increase room revenue and occupancy.
4. Trains and develops all Front Office personnel.
5. Constantly monitors Front Office communications, morale, and motivation.
6. Monitors appearance of guest contact employee.
7. Conducts monthly departmental meetings, bi-weekly supervisor meetings and monthly individual rap sessions.
