* Minimum of 5 years senior hotel Management experience with similar
* Excellent leadership skills, inter-personal and communication skills
* Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary languages
[English , German , Thai] used in the workplace
* Age 35-45 Years old
* Thai Nationality and foreigner who understand Asian culture
* Proven leadership capabilities Through successful supervisory Or management experience
* Strong Organizational & time Management skills
* Advanced knowledge of the Principles and practices within All hotel disciplines
* Excellent grooming standards

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for establishing the management and service culture, develop strategies and direction for the hotel, manage financial and physical resources, cost controls and overall profitability, provide marketing initiatives, strategic leadership expertise that ensures the international standard and efficient operations of the hotel, exhibit excellence in cultivating the guest experience, and succeed in the translation of the vision for future business.
