THE REQUIREMENTS:
? Thai Nationality
? Young, Energetic and Enthusiastic
? At least 4 years practical culinary experience with proven track proven experience as a Chef de Partie
with at least 2 years in a Fine-Dining environment, ideally on 2 Star rosette or Michelin star level
? Knowledge of all allergens, food and safety regulations
? Passionate, creative and drive to succeed
? Great cooking skills
? A cool head - Able to delegate appropriately and be a good team player
? Organizational flair
? Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all time
? Enjoy working as part of a fast paced and dedicated team
? Excellent communication skills, loyal, honest hardworking and well humored
? Possesses strong leadership qualities and communication; both written and verbal

THE JOB DUTIES:
? Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes at is best!
? Maintain and enhance the food products through creative menu development and presentation. Check for plating accuracy (garnish, portion size, correct serving dish etc.)
? Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
? Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
? Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
? Maintains effective communication with managers, fellow supervisors and all other coworkers.
? Order, prep, and keep stocked the common ingredients for all cooking stations, including meat, fish, vegetables, spices, etc.
? Ensuring you and your team, high hygiene and food safety standards are met in all stages of food preparation
Negotiable Salary with service charge 5,000 minimum Guarantee.
