-Male or female, Thai Nationality, aged 35-45 years
-Bachelor?s degree or higher in any related field
-Minimum 3 years? experience in sales, marketing or the property industry would be an advantage
-Fluent in both written & spoken English
Computer literacy is a must (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Strong leadership and team management skills
Very good personality with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
-Able to relocate to work at assigned location including Bangkok and Khao Yai
-Able to work 6 days/ week at Residetial Project
-Responsible for all sales activities including response mails, maintaining accurate records of pricing, invoices, etc.
-Supervise and monitor performance sales persons in your sales team
-Achieve sales targets and expand new prospects and business opportunities
-Manage and support clients? requirements, contracts, etc.
