? Responsible for standard mixing drinks and pour wine and beer.
? Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar
? Able to prepare drinks quickly, accurately, and without waste.
? Controller all PAR bar stock on store or display shelf to be daily and monthly
? Forms attractive displays out of bottles and glassware.
? Practises up-selling technique in order to gain more revenues for the department.
Washes glassware and utensils after each use.
Mixes ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
? Checks identification of customers to make sure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products.
? Cleans up after customers and clean work area.
? Orders and maintains liquor and bar supplies
? Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
? May take orders and deal with the guests' bills.
