. Develops and implements recruitment and screening system.
. To assist Talent &Culture Manager in planning, managing, controlling, coordinating, and participating, personnel activities in areas of staff benefits, wages, salary, labor, employee relations, and recruitment as well as recommending, implementing, formulating, and executing hotel policies, procedures, rules,
regulations, and program for staff.
. Oversee staff hotel personnel and ensure the effective staff management.
.
