1. Provide guidance to clients on the procedures at the spa.
2. Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to clients.
3. Introduce products to clients and educate them on their uses and benefits.
4. Keep clients updated on currently available promotions and discounts in services offered in the Spa.
5. Process payments from clients for services ordered from the spa.
6. Give appointments to clients on specific days.
7. Inform team members of appointments that have been cancel by clients, and alert team members of the arrival of clients who come without prior appointments.
8. Manage the visitor register to keep record of people who visit the spa on a daily basis.
9. Receive complaints and feedback to manager for resolution.
