- Degree or diploma in F&B and/or Hospitality Management
- At least 2 years experience in the same
position
- Good presentation skill and team management
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Direct, supervise and develop the
restaurant team in operations and
service delivery according to hotel
standards.
- Enhance the effectiveness of F&B
services team; smooth operations of
work section assigned.
- Ensure the restaurant to achieve
budget through variety of promotion
activities feasible strategy.
- Responsible for overall supervision,
planning, control and coordination of all
actives of personnel engaged in serving
food and beverage in the restaurant.
- 2 Days off per week
